Ahh yess, another great post over on urbanism on abandone amusement parks from around the world. I love this kind of stuff, gets my creativity boosting to ghetto status. I said it before and will say it again, I love urban parts of the city as well as old rusty runned down parts of the city. My goal is to find an abandoned circus salvage yard.

I have a great interest in abandonement & urban parts of cities. I like the old rusty, run down, abandoned warehouse district. Not only can you get a glimpse of history, but you can get some awesome urban photograffy. You can also get some great grunge shots. Check out sleepcitie’s website that I browse constantly for my urban needs. Check em out!

Thought I’d share some photograffy from the good o’le Texas. I got caught up with all this design stuff that I forgot the roots of the blog. Anyhow, here are some from some spots around town. More to come soon! Here is a little yard fun! The workers in that locomotive where pretty koo. I thought they harass me, but they where pretty friendly and dropped a little yard knowledge.
Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Being the Fr8 addict that I am, I found this post to be a real kool find while browsing through weburbanist’s site. I always had an interest in industrial and railroad parts of the city. Finding an abandoned railroad yard would be a dream for me. You tend to find some pretty amazing stuff while walking yards and you can snap some very sweet photography. Not to mention the history that you find while walking through a yard. Now if I could find an abandoned circus scrap yard, that would be the shit!
