Check out this insane demon sand carving! It is truly an artform, who cares what other people think. I remember puttin sand in a cup and turning it upside down and bam, you had a piece of a sand castle. It’s amazing what this guy can pull of by carving sand. Great detail and dig how he went all out an went huge.

Check out this fucking dope Montana can with artwork by El Mac & Retna that is on upperplayground. This will look very nice on my desk at work. I thought it would be a ridiculous amount of green, but for who the artist are, you can’t beat the price.

Check out these pretty dope graff characters and artwork. Some of it I do not consider graff, but it’s still sweet. My guess is that some of it seems to be from overseas. I really dig the pig and bee.

Ran across this video on youtube as I was browsing around the graff vids. Ewok & Pose are two of the dopest writers in my book. They have sick styles and sick color schemes. They are a big influence of mine and their style alone motivates my creativity. Mad props to Ewok, Pose the entire MSK, HM, and 7th Letter guys. I always enjoy peepin anything that comes from them.
Another sick collection of illustrator vector artwork. I am an Adobe Illustrator freak and enjoy using the mesh tool to create depth and realness on some of my pieces. I know a lot of artists who are illustrators, but have no clue of the mesh tool and do not even bother with it. I think it is a very powerful tool and skiy’s the limit with what you can achieve with it. I’ve seen some amazing stuff done with all or 99% all mesh tool. Some people hate it, but I love what you can do with it. Anyhow, check out these sick posts I found on designrfix.

I’m blown away on these CG generated portraits that I found while browsing around on designrfix. It’s crazy on how realistic they are and the amount of detail they have. It shows you the possibilities with 3d Studio Max & Maya. I can’t imagine what could be achieved with these programs on producing some freight train portraits. Mad props to the artist who produced these sweet master pieces. Good job designrfix for posting these pix.

While browsing around on creativecloseup, I ran into these insane papercraft modeling post. I recently attended a gallery at a local museum with a few papercraft models and I must say it is very impressive. The craftsmanship on these masterpieces are insane. I can’t imagine the amount of hours some of these pieces can take. Check out these sweet models of optimus and a sweet bike.
