Texas Graff Photography pt3
Thought I’d share some photograffy from the good o’le Texas. I got caught up with all this design stuff that I forgot the roots of the blog. Anyhow, here are some from some spots around town. More to come soon! Here is a little yard fun! The workers in that locomotive where pretty koo. I thought they harass me, but they where pretty friendly and dropped a little yard knowledge.
Happy Thanksgiving!!!

abandoned railroad yards and more…
Being the Fr8 addict that I am, I found this post to be a real kool find while browsing through weburbanist’s site. I always had an interest in industrial and railroad parts of the city. Finding an abandoned railroad yard would be a dream for me. You tend to find some pretty amazing stuff while walking yards and you can snap some very sweet photography. Not to mention the history that you find while walking through a yard. Now if I could find an abandoned circus scrap yard, that would be the shit!

Obey drama stirs up on BombinMagazine’s Blog!!!
A very good write up on bombinmagazine came through about the drama that’s going with Mr. Fairey and the ACC crew. Over the years I’ve watched Fairey and his artwork progress into a piece of history with Obama’s posters. I personally do know the man. I’m not defending him nor am I taking sides, but both have good points. Idk, you guys out there know him better than I do and have either painted with him or painted over him. I’ll just know him for the famous Obama icon.
Anyhow, read this post from bombinmagazine on drama that stirred up with ACC. Both point out some good points. Good post guys, keep up the good work!!!

graffiti kings New York’s subway graffiti book
Graffiti Kings is the definitive book on New York’s subway graffiti movement, an unprecedented creative explosion that occurred across the five boroughs during the 1970s. This rare, firsthand account of the birth of this movement is the first and only graffiti book to reveal what happened behind the scenes when writers put their lives on the line to grab a piece of fame from a faceless urban landscape.
