MTA vs Los Angeles in the War on Graff!!!
No matter how much they spend, they will never win the war on graff. The way I see it, they just spend all of those millions of dollars and all they did was put up new buffed canvases for writers to produce new pieces. Specially in a place like LA, where graff is in your face, you have no choice but to see it. All they did was just piss the writers off. Guarantee they will hit those river beds again, and again, and again, and again. Never ending war that those knuckleheads (CITY) will never win.

I was sent this article from a homie and it is a great article on douche bags like X-Man and get a job who purposely took matters into their own hands and decided to going on a SPIT spree and go over any writers pieces they came in to sight with on the rails and walls.

WATSONVILLE, Calif. — A man accused of being responsible for more than 200 cases of graffiti was arrested Wednesday, Watsonville police said.
Juan Hernandez, 22, has been charged with felony vandalism and possession of vandalism equipment in connection with more than $15,000 worth of damage done by graffiti.Police said Hernandez may also be responsible for tagging some buildings in San Francisco.
